Neptune Networks, the London-based firm that delivers fixed income market data from banks on the sell-side to clients on the buy-side, secured a capital raise of $15m across two tranches. Most of its existing backers participated, including Barclays, Bank of America, BBVA, Citi, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, UBS and ING.
H4, a London-based startup which creates legal and compliant documents for capital markets transactions, received $27m in funding from a consortium including JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Barclays and Linklaters.
Cloud9 Technologies, a communications platform for financial markets, raised a Series B funding round of $17.5m led by UBS with participation from prior backers such as JP Morgan and Barclays
Powerlytics, the Doylestown, Pennsylvania-based financial data provider to banks, asset managers and insurance companies, received a Series B investment led by Brewer Lane Ventures, which contributed $4m.
Stenn, a UK-based online trade finance provider, raised more funding from Barclays, Coface, and Crayhill Capital Management bringing total investment in its Assets Funding platform to $500m, according to Finextra.
